Our Payment Policy

We provide multiple safe and flexible payment methods to make your booking process as convenient as possible.

1. Cash on Pickup

You can choose to pay your driver in cash at the time of pickup. No VAT or bank charges are added for cash payments.

2. Online Card Payment (Secure Payment Link)

You can pay online using a credit or debit card through our secure payment link.

  • A 2.5% bank processing fee applies.

  • No 5% VAT is charged for this payment method.

Our online payment gateway is fully SSL-encrypted, ensuring all transactions are 100% secure.

3. PayPal Payment

We also accept payments via PayPal, perfect for international travelers who prefer digital transactions.

  • A 5% VAT applies to all PayPal transactions.

  • PayPal offers buyer protection, giving you extra peace of mind for your booking.

4. Card Payment at the Desert (POS Terminal)

You may also choose to pay at the desert location using our POS card machine.

  • A 5% VAT and a 2.5% bank charge apply to on-site card payments.

  • Please note that card signal availability may vary depending on the desert area.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair while balancing operational costs.

Customer Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before tour: Full refund.

  • 12–24 hours before tour: 80% refund.

  • 6–12 hours before tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 6 hours before tour: No refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up or cancel your booking within 6 hours of the scheduled tour, no refund will be processed.

Missed Tour Policy

If you miss your tour departure without notifying us in advance, your booking will be marked as used and non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

In rare cases where Dune Bashing Dubai must cancel a tour due to bad weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons:

  • Guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • You may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule your tour for another available date.

  • No additional fees apply for company-initiated cancellations.

Refund Process

We aim to make refunds as quick and smooth as possible.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • Refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

  • For bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents, refunds are processed according to that provider’s policies.

Our finance team monitors all refund requests carefully to ensure timely processing.

Rescheduling & Booking Modifications

We want your desert experience to fit perfectly into your schedule.

  • You can reschedule or modify your booking (such as changing the tour date or number of guests) at least 24 hours before your tour time.

  • All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  • No rescheduling fee applies if the change request is made within the allowed time window.

We recommend contacting our support team early to secure your preferred new date.
